- Online orders increased by 1,800%
- Website page views increased from 4,456 to 4,884 per month (10%).
- Facebook likes increased from 709 to 779 (10%).
- Engagement on the Facebook page increased from 920 to 2,468 per month (168%).
- Instagram follows increased from 909 to 962 (6%).

During our time working for the regional tourism organisation we curated and scheduled digital content for the website and social media channels.
Over two years:

As a result of COVID-19 West Coast New Zealand launched a domestic tourism campaign promoting deals and packages available in the region. We built the custom campaign page, collated the specials from local tourims operators, promoted the campaign via social media and newsletters.

Auckland Transport
During our time with Auckland Transport:
- The AT Facebook page grew by 20,000 followers over eight months.
- In 10 months, under our management, the AT Twitter account increased by 60%.
- Over one year during our management (October 2016 – October 2017), AT social media channels increased by 90% overall.
Responsiblities included:
- Ensured web content met best web practice and accessibility standards.
- We developed and implemented the organisation’s social media strategy.
- We launched their official Facebook page in 2016.
- We responded to customer queries on their social media channels.
- We assisted with the execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Te Tai o Poutini Art Awards
We are the marketing coordinators for the 2020 Te Tai o Poutini Art Awards. Responsibilities include:
- Facebook advertising.
- Coordination of print advertising (newspaper, flyers, posters).
- TrueView advertising.
- Drafting media releases and distributing them.
- Facebook page set up and content creation.
- Live event coverage.
Across three months:
- The competition received over 150 entries.
- The website received 7,249 pageviews, viewed by 1,642 users.
